Architectural Fabrications are usually comprised as a complex of parts and sub assemblies, which together make a working system or monolith. The ability to virtually design, fabricate and build a great variety of such edifices separate us from a typical fabrication shop. All of the items described in this section (as well as the other sections) were built using our BFM (Build From Model) strategy.

Subjective to Objective
We start from the end product or vision. Once the vision has been established by the designer – Subjective, we then begin the process of planning which will bring us the exact item. At this point the Subjective phase, i.e., what the designer wants, has become a mission or Objective. We dissect the constituent parts to design a working system or edifice that will meet all of the mission parameters, both physical and visual.

We first perform the previous task Virtually (CAD), and then once the details have been worked out, we perform the task of actual fabrication, once again virtually (CAM). In both cases we have actually simulated everything the material consumption to run time on any given machine. This process ensures that what has been specified is exactly reflected in the deliverables.

Our pride comes from a complete lack of punch items from our fabrications at projects end. This not only makes everyone happy but, it saves everyone money, and is the number one reason why we have a quickly growing client base.

The building plans called for spars that were 8’ x 30” on the back, tapering to 8” x 6” on the front. Problem is that the largest tube size is 8” x 20”.
